Barn Goods ships hand-roasted coffee and lifestyle goods straight from our small farm in Hogsback, Eastern Cape, to customers across South Africa.

1. Dispatch Times

• We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times with next-day dispatch for standard in-stock orders, provided payment has cleared. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

• We utilize reliable courier and locker networks, including PUDO Locker deliveries, to ensure affordable and secure transit across South Africa.
• Free Delivery: We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over R900.
• For orders below R900, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

3. Delivery Times

• Delivery timelines depend on your geographic location within South Africa. Major metropolitan areas typically receive shipments within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch, while outlying or regional areas may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched from Hogsback, you will receive a tracking notification or email with details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey to your door or designated PUDO locker.

5. Incorrect Addresses / Unclaimed Parcels

• Please ensure your shipping details and contact numbers are accurate during checkout. Barn Goods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrectly addressed, additional shipping fees may apply to re-dispatch the order.
