My memories take me back to the kitchen smells of freshly home-baked rusks on a chilly winter morning, my mother working hard on our new clothes with the sewing machine in the all so messy workroom. Also worth a mention is the feeling of the fresh breeze on my face in the early hours of the morning watching the beauty I see in the sunrise, topped with the background sounds of a busy farmhouse.
Being a farm girl at heart my zest for life has always been fuelled by the farm and the hard work that goes into sustaining life.
